Job Opportunity: Project Co-ordinator (Interior Decor & Furniture)

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for turning design concepts into reality? Our team is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to bridge the gap between our manufacturing floor and our high-end interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Calculation: Accurate estimation of all raw materials and components required for bespoke furniture and interior fit-outs.
• Price Quoting: Preparing competitive and precise costings and formal quotations for clients based on project specifications.
• Project Management: Overseeing the project lifecycle from initial order to final installation, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between the production team, designers, and clients.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience within the GCC (essential).
• Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in material take-offs, budgeting, and interior manufacturing processes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle diverse stakeholders.
• Organization: Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 4,000 – 6,000 (commensurate with experience and technical knowledge).
