Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator – Fireproofing

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator with experience in fireproofing projects. Experience in insulation works will be considered a strong advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring site operations, attending client meetings, and ensuring project productivity and performance meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily project activities related to fireproofing works.
• Monitor site performance, productivity, and operational progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, manpower utilization, safety compliance, and project status.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to discuss project requirements, progress, and challenges.
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
• Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Identify operational issues and propose practical solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain strong communication between clients, site teams, and management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fireproofing projects.
• Experience in insulation works is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project documentation and reporting procedures.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience coordinating multiple project sites.
• Familiarity with fireproofing materials, applications, and industry standards.
