Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support project planning and execution across multiple deployment initiatives. The role involves coordinating between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with proper documentation.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with familiarity in project management tools and processes. Experience in IoT or hardware deployments will be considered a plus but is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities from planning to execution and closure
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Liaise between internal teams including deployment, procurement, operations, and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status updates
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays when required
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management
- Assist in improving project processes and workflows
- Ensure alignment across teams and smooth communication throughout project lifecycle
- Coordinate between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
- Understanding of project coordination basics (scope, timelines, risks, communication, tracking)
- Basic technical understanding to effectively coordinate with engineering and technical teams
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of IoT or hardware deployment projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
