Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Renovation Coordinator to manage maintenance and fit-out projects. Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of fit-out/renovation experience in their home country are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
• Prepare quotations, work schedules, and project updates.
• Follow up on customer requirements and project progress.
• Coordinate materials, manpower, and site activities.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• OR Minimum 1 year of fit-out, renovation, construction, or maintenance experience in home country or UAE .
• B Tech in (civil) prefferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
