Project Coordinator

HH Renovation Group is looking for a Part-Time Project Coordinator to help manage apartment turns, rental renovations, and property improvement projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and enjoys keeping projects moving on schedule.

This position will primarily support our Project Manager by coordinating vendors, tracking project progress, and ensuring each job stays organized from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for subcontractors and vendors
• Communicate with property managers, owners, and field crews
• Track project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Update project management software with notes, photos, and status updates
• Collect before and after photos from job sites
• Order and coordinate material deliveries
• Schedule inspections, punch lists, and final walkthroughs
• Assist with estimating and preparing project documentation
• Monitor work orders to ensure projects continue moving without delays
• Answer phones and respond to customer and vendor inquiries as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Construction, property management, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Schedule

• Part-Time (10–20 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule
• Primarily office-based with occasional visits to job sites throughout the Kansas City metro

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kansas City, MO 64153
