We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Richardson, Texas, United States. This is a Full-Time position ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the successful delivery of complex projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, contributing directly to 3M's legacy of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure seamless workflow and communication among team members.
- Act as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and resolving queries.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and escalating any potential issues or delays to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed and prepared.
- Assist in managing project-related administrative tasks, such as procurement and resource allocation.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and adhere to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within a project-based environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial, or technology-focused organization would be advantageous.
