Project Coordinator (5681)

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support acquisition planning, documentation, and program management activities in Orlando Florida.

Position Responsibilities:

• Review, revise, and maintain program and acquisition documentation to support system and service procurements
• Assist in developing acquisition strategies, plans, and supporting materials
• Conduct market research and analyze industry responses to RFIs and RFPs
• Review and assess responses to requests for information and proposals
• Support the development and refinement of requirements documentation
• Evaluate technical, management, and cost-related materials in accordance with established criteria
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in documentation and recommend updates
• Assist with preparation of key program documents, including statements of work, specifications, plans, and summaries
• Support budgeting and planning activities through analysis of estimates and scope of work
• Maintain organized documentation libraries and ensure records are current and accessible
• Provide coordination and administrative support for team activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefings, and tracking action items
• Document meeting outcomes and distribute notes, updates, and materials to stakeholders
• Support workflow development, document control, and configuration management processes
• Perform additional related duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required

• Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above

• Must be able to pass Agency background check

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 10 years of experience or advanced degree/ certificate
