PROJECT COORDINATOR – Ajman

1. Coordinate between various departments (design, procurement, site, and accounts) to ensure project milestones are met

2. Assist project managers and engineers in scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks

3. Track project progress and prepare regular reports for internal review and client updates

4. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to relay instructions and follow-ups

5. Organize and maintain project files, drawings, submittals, and approvals

6. Support procurement activities by following up on orders, deliveries, and documentation

7. Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items for timely completion

8. Handle daily coordination of manpower movement, material delivery schedules, and site logistics

9. Assist in preparing project handover documents, snag lists, and close-out reports

10. Comply with ISO 9001: 2015 policies, procedure and forms.
