Job Title: Project Coordinator – Aluminium & Glazing Division

Salary: AED 5,000 per month

Benefits: Company-provided bachelor accommodation

Driving License: Preferred

Increment: 20% after 6 months based on proven cost control performance

Job Summary

• We are hiring a smart, proactive Project Coordinator with strong knowledge of aluminium and glazing works, AutoCAD, quantity surveying, procurement, and overall project control.
• The candidate will coordinate 5–6 façade projects per year, with a combined turnover of AED 25 million, ensuring timely submissions, approvals, procurement, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Technical Coordination

• Prepare and submit shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and design teams for approvals and clarifications.
• Ensure all design elements comply with project specifications.

2. Coordination with Main Contractor & Project Team

Act as the primary communication link between:

• Main contractor
• Site/project engineers
• Internal design team
• Production team
• Procurement team

Attend project meetings and follow up on:

• Project schedules
• Site requirements
• Approval timelines
• Material delivery plans
• Address site issues, design clarifications, and technical queries promptly.

3. Procurement & Material Management

• Plan and execute timely procurement of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, deliveries, and quality checks.
• Track procurement schedules to match project timelines.

4. Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Management

• Carry out accurate material quantity take-off for aluminium, glass, and steel items.
• Prepare BOQs, material lists, and variation claims.
• Ensure cost efficiency and avoid wastage through proper planning.

5. In-House Project Control

• Manage internal workflow from design submissions → approvals → procurement → production.
• Ensure timely issuance of fabrication drawings and materials release for production.
• Report project progress and highlight delays or risks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree preferred (or Architecture).
• Graduates from any field with proven aluminium/glass expertise are welcome.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Knowledge of aluminium systems, glass types, and façade industry standards.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• UAE driving license preferred.
