Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Project Coordinator to support the execution of aluminum and façade projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between project management, engineering, procurement, clients, and site teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of aluminum and façade projects
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities
• Act as the primary communication link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, progress reports, budgets, and work plans
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Track project quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications and approvals
• Manage variation orders, change requests, and resolve project-related issues effectively
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and procurement departments to ensure resource availability
• Support preparation of technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals
• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination within aluminum, façade, or construction industry

Skills

• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations
