Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage client communication, scheduling, and internal coordination across multiple remodeling projects.
This role is the bridge between sales, design, and production, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and clients feel informed and taken care of throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients after project kickoff
- Provide updates at key stages (ordering, production, scheduling, installation)
- Set clear expectations and maintain a high-end, professional client experience
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and organized manner
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate schedules for crews, subcontractors, and deliveries
- Confirm appointments and communicate arrival windows to clients
- Adjust schedules as needed and communicate changes clearly
- Ensure all parties are aligned before each phase begins
Project Support
- Track project progress and ensure milestones are being met
- Confirm materials, selections, and approvals are properly documented
- Work closely with sales, designers, and field teams to prevent delays
- Maintain organized project files and notes
Operations & Follow-Up
- Ensure all required information is ready before installations or site work
- Follow up internally to keep projects moving (no loose ends)
- Help identify potential issues early and escalate when needed

- Comfortable in a fast-paced construction/remodeling environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, remodeling, or interior design is a plus
- Experience with scheduling, customer service, or project coordination
- Familiarity with tools like Houzz Pro, QuickBooks, or similar systems is a bonus
