About the Opportunity

We are seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic individual to join our team! An integral member of our Construction team, the Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in the administration of construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience, mentorship, and grow your career within!

This position will work from our office in Atlanta (Perimeter Center). Standard work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a required one-hour lunch break each day. While the position is primarily office-based, occasional extended hours or weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines or support field operations. Candidates should be prepared to maintain flexibility in their schedule to accommodate project and operational demands.


This individual should…

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
  • Value integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Have experience with commercial projects (ground-up Hospitality/Multifamily experience a plus!)
  • Possess a working knowledge of construction management software and be willing to learn and use it daily.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assist with project management activity for ground-up and large-scale renovation commercial projects, including Hospitality projects.
  • Help create and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Work closely with Estimating/Procurement team on scope and buyout
  • Coordinate trades activity in unison with project team.
  • Support all documentation needs (progress reports, RFIs, PO's + more).
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proactively seek out training and development opportunities to enhance skills and job performance.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, in alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • OSHA30 and CPR Certification (available to complete upon hire).
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Credible professional references available upon request.
