Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking an Install Manager (Project Coordinator/Engineer) for one of our top clients. Coordinate construction projects from pre-install planning through completion. This role is critical to ensuring jobs are properly scoped, materials are ordered accurately, crews are scheduled efficiently, and projects are executed on time and on budget.
The Install Manager serves as the operational bridge between project management, field crews, vendors, and subcontractors. This is a fast-paced job and is best for someone that can think on their feet and make hundreds of decisions daily. For this role, we are only looking for someone who has experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Installation Management
· Manage commercial installation projects from handoff through completion
· Review project scope, drawings, schedules, and installation requirements
· Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership
· Monitor job progress to ensure schedule, quality, and safety expectations are met
· Resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns
Material Procurement & Coordination
· Order materials and equipment aligned with project schedules
· Verify quantities, specifications, and delivery timelines
· Coordinate material deliveries to job sites
· Track backorders and inventory to prevent downtime
· Work with vendors to resolve shortages or discrepancies
Scheduling & Resource Management
· Schedule installation crews and subcontractors across multiple job sites
· Balance manpower, equipment, and timelines
· Adjust schedules due to weather, site conditions, or scope changes
· Coordinate with site leadership to prepare crews for installs
Communication & Documentation
· Act as liaison between office and field teams
· Provide regular project status updates
· Maintain accurate job documentation and schedules
· Support punch-list and project closeout activities
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or installation management
· Strong understanding of commercial jobsite operations
· Experience ordering materials and coordinating vendors
· Proven ability to schedule crews across multiple projects
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites
What’s Offered
· Base: $65k with a bonus structure for starting/completing jobs on time.
Total Compensation: $80k to 90k
