We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management and site operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for project progress.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Support procurement by preparing material requests and follow-ups with vendors.
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, permits, and approvals.
  • Monitor and report daily site progress to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies on-site.
  • Facilitate communication between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a construction company (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Age : Less than 45 yrs
  • Locally Available
  • Highrise experience.
