We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate project activities, manage documentation, communicate with teams, and ensure smooth project execution within timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily project activities and track progress
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Monitor timelines and follow up on pending tasks
- Prepare meeting minutes and project updates
- Support site teams and management with coordination tasks
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Assist in handling project-related administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of project workflows and timelines
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
