Project coordinator cum Procurement Engineer

Degree in Engineering

Day to day Project co ordination skills ,

Fitt out Carpentry, Wood works, related experience is must.

Should be able to prepare materials schedule from Drawings and BOQ

* Receiving and reviewing Purchase Requisitions and ensure that all required information is available and necessary approvals have been obtained.

• Float inquiries to approved vendors to obtain quotes for the products/services requested
• Prepare and issue POs to vendors with all necessary approvals
• Follow up with vendors and ensure timely delivery of items ordered
• Develop new /specialist vendors on a regular basis
• Develop and maintain an ethical relationship with vendors /subcontractors Keeping up the company’s standard of quality production/ jobs by the choice of materials used.
• Maintain the company’s reputation for integrity and fair dealing by the method of negotiating with vendors.
• Building up goodwill in the business world with which it deals in.
• Close out quality incident reports received from Production/ Projects and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Ensure that Weekly Report is prepared and submitted to the Management.
• Arrange samples/technical data sheets as and when required by Project Team
• UAE Driving license -Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Interior Fit out: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving license (Preferred)
