We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will support the project team from planning to completion, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and effective communication between clients, contractors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating design and fit-out projects.
- Prepare project schedules, follow up on timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients for project requirements.
- Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and material lists.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.
- Arrange site visits, inspections, and meetings as needed.
- Support procurement activities and follow up on material deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in design or fit-out project coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
