Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client goals, requirements, and timelines; ensure regular and clear communication
  • Monitor SEO project execution and coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Content, TLs)
  • Manage client issues, feedback, and escalations until resolution
  • Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery as per commitment
  • Share project updates, SEO reports, and analytics with clients as required
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive servicing and follow-ups
  • Support clients with operational and technical guidance related to SEO campaigns
  • Assist reporting manager in improving client servicing quality and processes

Required Technical skills

  • Experience in Client Servicing or Project Management (preferably digital marketing/SEO)
  • Good understanding of SEO strategies and best practices
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs
  • Experience with CRM/project tools like BaseCamp (preferred)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good problem-solving, negotiation, and people management abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Project Management certifications (HubSpot / Google / LinkedIn) are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
