Key Responsibilities
- Understand client goals, requirements, and timelines; ensure regular and clear communication
- Monitor SEO project execution and coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Content, TLs)
- Manage client issues, feedback, and escalations until resolution
- Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery as per commitment
- Share project updates, SEO reports, and analytics with clients as required
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive servicing and follow-ups
- Support clients with operational and technical guidance related to SEO campaigns
- Assist reporting manager in improving client servicing quality and processes
Required Technical skills
- Experience in Client Servicing or Project Management (preferably digital marketing/SEO)
- Good understanding of SEO strategies and best practices
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs
- Experience with CRM/project tools like BaseCamp (preferred)
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Good problem-solving, negotiation, and people management abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Proficient in MS Office
- Project Management certifications (HubSpot / Google / LinkedIn) are a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
