We are a fast-growing digital solutions agency delivering high-quality web development, mobile applications, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and full-stack digital transformation services for global clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities across SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content, and Web Development teams.
  • Ensure all project documentation, briefs, and requirements are collected, updated, and communicated effectively.
  • Schedule internal team meetings and client meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.

Execution & Monitoring

  • Monitor the daily progress of digital marketing campaigns and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creatives, ad copies, campaign setups, reports, and website updates.
  • Coordinate with design, content, development, and marketing teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Track project KPIs, deadlines, and dependencies, escalating risks or delays to the project manager.

Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project updates, clarifications, and deliverables.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Paid Campaigns.
  • Maintain strong communication across cross-functional internal teams and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Document project progress, client feedback, and change requests.

Quality & Process Management

  • Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards, brand guidelines, and project scope.
  • Implement process improvements and maintain project management best practices.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by preparing project charters, timelines, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within digital marketing or an IT agency.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, and digital marketing campaign workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic documentation tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to track KPIs and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating projects for international clients (US, UK, UAE, Australia and Singapore).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Monday.com).
  • Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) is a plus.
