The Project Coordinator administers and organizes all project needs, from estimating to project close out. This position will coordinate with our chief estimator and project manager to ensure successful projects are delivered to our clients.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe PDF
  • Preferred experience with a Sage Accounting Software
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and specs
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Team-oriented, cooperative and collaborative
  • Effective and professional communication skills-verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multitask, and have flexibility

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

At least a High School diploma or GED is required, Minimum of 1-year experience as a Project Assistant in construction or a related industry. Finance and accounting experience preferred, and Valid California Driver’s License required.
