Project Coordinator – Electrical & Generator Systems

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in electrical systems and generator installations to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator will support the office and field teams by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that electrical and generator-related aspects of projects are executed efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects, with a focus on electrical and generator systems
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals related to electrical and generator work
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Support procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction coordination or a related role
• Background or familiarity with electrical systems and generator installations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
