Project Coordinator / Engineer for SS Kitchen Equipment Fabrication Company

Reputed Commercial Kitchen Equipment Fabrication Company is looking for a UAE / Gulf experienced Projects Coordinator / Engineer.

Job Description:

• Responsible for delivering high quality customized commercial kitchen equipment meeting client’s / consultant’s specification within the project schedule.
• Provide required guidance and support to the team prepare quotation and shop drawings.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings to clients’/ consultants’ and obtain their approvals.
• Liaise with client / consultant / main contractor on project matters representing the company and resolve matters related to design, delivery, installation etc.
• Coordinate and/or conduct project site visits to take measurements / templates and provide required details to the production team.
• Coordinate with company’s production department to ensure timely delivery of equipment to the project site.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality / progress of work and provide required guidance / instructions to the site installation team.
• Prepare submittal to clients/contractors/regulatory authorities and obtain necessary work permits/approvals/gate pass prior to site works.
• Conduct final inspections of equipment installed at project site to ensure quality and accuracy are in accordance with the approved design/drawings & specification.
• Liaise with clients’/consultants for approval of delivery notes/invoices/completion certificate.
• Support the Operations Manager to expand the clients’ base, identifying new opportunities for the company and driving sales.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in a commercial kitchen equipment fabrication company in the UAE or GCC.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in preparing shop drawings of customized commercial kitchen equipment.

Skills Required:

• Good Communication skills (English & Urdu/Hindi)
• Software: Expertise in AutoCAD 2D/3D & MS Excel. Preferably Soildworks / Inventor / Revit knowledge
• Quality Control, Problem Solving, Multi-Tasking, Eye to Detail
• Must have UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Automatic or Manual)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
