Project Coordinator Engineer - Joinery Background

Job Purpose:

To coordinate joinery projects by ensuring effective alignment between shop drawings, factory production, material procurement, delivery, and site installation, supporting timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

l Coordinate joinery production schedules based on approved shop drawings.

l Liaise between factory, site teams, procurement, and logistics.

l Track shop drawings, material approvals, and revisions.

l Coordinate delivery and installation of finished joinery items to site.

l Monitor production and installation progress and report issues.

l Support quality inspections and compliance with specifications and HSE standards.

l Maintain project documentation and assist with variations and changes.

l Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

l Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

l 3–6 years’ experience in joinery manufacturing or fit-out projects in the UAE.

Skills:

l Knowledge of joinery materials, production, and installation processes.

l Ability to read and coordinate shop drawings.

l Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
