Project Coordinator - Exhibitions

Exhibition Project Coordinator with Civil Engineering qualification and experience in exhibition/interiors field required for company in Dubai.

About You:

As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure the successful, timely, and cost-effective planning and execution of exhibition stands construction, and other interior/events projects. You will be fully versed in production planning and operational delivery requirements. You will be acting as an important link between production, client services and the exhibition build crew.

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes required for the job:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within a Project Coordinator/ Civil Engineer role in the event management or exhibition industry;

Ability to supervise employees and effectively present information;

Ability to work with clients;

Excellent internal and external customer service skills;

Strong IT skills and computer literate (MS Office, AutoCad)

Self motivated and highly organized.
