We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project / Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our upcoming exhibitions.

Key responsibilities:

-Experience in exhibition field, stand booth and able to read drawings

-First point of contact with the client and run the project till completion

(Approvals – passes, approvals from venue, from safety)

- Preparing quotations, estimations and project reports

- Should be efficient in MS office and Excel

· Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for exhibition events. Track and report progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

· On-Site Coordination: Provide hands-on support during exhibition setup, operation, and teardown, working closely with the team to address last-minute issues and ensure smooth execution.

· Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for exhibitors, clients, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring all requirements are met.

· Budget Tracking and Reporting: Assist in monitoring project budgets, processing invoices, and providing regular budget updates to ensure all financial targets are met.

· Logistics Management: Oversee the logistical aspects of exhibition materials, storage, and on-site distribution. Maintain inventory and manage the transportation of displays.

· Marketing and Promotion Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities, including social media coordination, email campaigns, and event listings.

· Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to capture event performance, attendee feedback, and lessons learned for future exhibitions.

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of UAE experience in project coordination, preferably in exhibitions, events, or related industries.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project management software.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required during exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
