Project Coordinator – Facade Projects

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in facade projects to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, and supporting the successful delivery of facade works from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor facade project activities to ensure timely execution and completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare, maintain, and track project schedules, reports, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Follow up on material procurement, approvals, deliveries, and site requirements.
• Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes of meetings and action trackers.
• Ensure project documentation is up to date and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve project-related issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor project milestones and assist in ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in facade, curtain wall, cladding, or glazing projects.
• Mandatory GCC experience.
• Strong understanding of facade project processes and construction coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project documentation management.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with facade contractors or specialized building envelope companies.
• Familiarity with project management software and document control systems.
