Project Coordinator (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and monitoring across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and information
  • Assist project managers in planning and executing projects effectively
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders regarding project updates
  • Maintain project documentation, files, and records
  • Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and follow up on action items
  • Identify project risks or delays and escalate issues when required
  • Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and according to project requirements
  • Support procurement, operations, and technical teams during project execution
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure smooth workflow coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
