Nieto’s Roofing is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in El Paso. This is a dynamic, "right-hand" role where you’ll bridge the gap between our office and our active job sites. If you enjoy staying active, solving logistical puzzles, and providing great customer service, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Logistics & Staging: Ensure all materials are delivered, organized, and ready for our crews at the job site.
- Customer Care: Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for homeowners, keeping them updated on project progress.
- Quality Support: Assist the business owner with daily site inspections and inventory management to keep projects on schedule.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential shortages or delays early and help resolve them to keep the team moving.
What We’re Looking For:
- Professionalism: You are the face of Nieto's Roofing on-site. We need someone who is articulate, punctual, and dependable.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable working in a construction environment, which includes climbing ladders and lifting materials (50 lbs).
- Smart Thinking: We value people who can anticipate needs and work independently without constant supervision.
- Requirements: High School Diploma/GED and a valid Driver’s License.
