Zed Point Interiors is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in interior fit-out projects to join our growing team.

With over 20 years of experience in the UAE and a strong portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail projects, we offer a dynamic environment with real project exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of fit-out works
• Coordinate between site team, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and logs
• Follow up on material submittals, approvals, and procurement status
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and authority approvals (if applicable)
• Attend meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting)

Requirements

• 1–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out / construction
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Knowledge of project documentation and site workflow
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic project tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
