Key Responsibilities
Manage intake of reported issues and investigation requests; ensure submissions contain sufficient detail to be actionable
Partner with engineers to clarify scope, request missing information, and confirm next steps when issues are not yet investigable
Track work items through investigation, handoff, and resolution states, ensuring progress and visibility
Coordinate across engineering, product, support, and operations to align on priorities and expectations
Maintain clear documentation and status updates for stakeholders
Identify recurring gaps in intake quality, process breakdowns, or workflow inefficiencies and surface them for improvement
Knowledge & Application
Familiarity with software development and production investigation workflows
Experience working with issue tracking systems and documentation tools
Ability to understand technical context well enough to ask the right clarifying questions
Complexity & Problem Solving
Collaboration & Interaction
Works closely with engineering leads, managers, and investigators
Communicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, technical operations, or engineering support roles
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow‑through
Ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously in English, both in writing and discussion.
This person will Serves as the central coordinator for production issue management, ensuring clear scope, prioritization, and effective resolution across the engineering team.
This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office working the DAY SHIFT. Remote applicants will not be considered.
