Hiring Project Coordinator – Interior Decoration Company
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between site teams, management, suppliers, and clients
- Assist in planning project schedules and tracking progress
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and material requests
- Follow up on site activities to ensure timelines are met
- Support procurement and delivery of materials to site
- Maintain project records and drawings
- Handle client communication and updates when required
- Assist Project Manager in daily operational tasks
Requirements:
- Engineering background (Civil / Interior / related field – mandatory)
- Must be able to read and understand drawings
- 1–2 years experience in interior fit-out / construction field (UAE preferred)
- Basic knowledge of interior works (gypsum, carpentry, painting, MEP coordination)
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Visa + Accommodation company side
