Design Mart Contracting LLC is a leading interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, known for delivering creative, functional, and high-quality interiors across residential, commercial, and retail spaces. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project documentation including progress reports, timelines, and site updates.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Support procurement by coordinating material orders and delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and report any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, approvals, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
