Job description:
We are a growing interior design and fit-out company specializing in residential, commercial, and retail projects. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor multiple interior and fit-out projects from initiation to handover
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Track project timelines, budgets, and material deliveries
- Conduct site visits to ensure work progress aligns with project plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Handle permits, approvals, and coordination with relevant authorities if required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project coordination and site operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel to project sites
