Project Coordinator Intern (Civil)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our turf construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle daily project reporting, documentation, attendance tracking, and communication between on-site teams and management. This position is vital to ensuring transparency, timely reporting, and smooth project execution across multiple sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Daily reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and share daily active reports summarizing work progress and key activities.
• Maintain up-to-date project status reports for each site.
• Record work progress updates and ensure all data is accurately logged.

2. Drawing Analysis & Material Management:

• Review and analyze project drawings to understand scope, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Prepare material lists based on approved drawings and coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely availability.

3. Photo & Media Documentation:

• Collect and upload daily work photos from sites to Whatsapp groups, Zoho & Google Drive.
• Ensure photos are properly labeled and stored in organized folders.

4. Attendance & Wage Management:

• Maintain daily attendance records of Site engineers.
• Assist in preparing wage sheets. Cross-check attendance with Project coordinators/Manager and ensure accuracy before final submission.

5. Coordination & Communication:

• Communicate daily with site engineers, Project coordinators/Manager for updates and task follow-ups.
• Support in resolving minor on-site coordination issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Provide weekly summaries and assist management in project review meetings.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
