Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience to support project planning, execution, documentation, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will assist project managers, ensure timely task completion, and facilitate smooth communication among clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and executing project activities
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, documentation, reports, and dashboards
  • Coordinate with internal teams (network, support, procurement, logistics, etc.) to ensure on-time project delivery
  • Conduct client follow-ups, collect requirements, and update them regularly on project status
  • Manage project documentation such as work orders, MOMs, delivery notes, and closure reports
  • Support in resource allocation, vendor coordination, and material management
  • Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain project trackers, task lists, and compliance records
  • Ensure SLA adherence, quality standards, and smooth implementation
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the project team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT/networking/system integration environments
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Jira, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and technical teams
  • Knowledge of basic networking/IT terminology is an added advantage
