Job Title: Project Coordinator – Marketing Department


Job Summary:

The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating marketing projects from initiation to completion. This role acts as a bridge between the marketing team and other departments or external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities between the marketing team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the marketing manager.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Help manage marketing project budgets, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables and communications.
  • Liaise with creative, digital, content, and external agencies to ensure project alignment.
  • Support in the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and post-campaign evaluations.
