The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating marketing projects from initiation to completion. This role acts as a bridge between the marketing team and other departments or external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Track project progress and provide regular updates to the marketing manager.

Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.

Help manage marketing project budgets, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables and communications.

Liaise with creative, digital, content, and external agencies to ensure project alignment.
