JOB OBJECTIVE-
Effectively manages project/events (design, plan, organise, deliver and measure) by effectively creating and executing against project timelines based on priorities, resource availability, and other project requirements (i.e., budget).
Main Responsibilities-

360° peripheral vision of all on-going matters within a project

Communicate the status of projects being managed, including timeframes and document requirements, and key operational issues through (in)formal communications (e.g., status reports, e-mails, updates at meetings)

Conscientiousness: Manage yourself and your Project Management responsibilities without constant intervention from a Manager

Determine timelines and critical dates
-
Manage a dedicated part of a project, or a basic project (e. g.: hotel, transportation, F&B, hospitality, entertainment)

Meet and even improve standards of excellence (Achievement Drive)

Prioritise tasks and projects
-
Set up control mechanism to supervise given tasks to Project Assistants
-
Source project-related third-party suppliers appropriately and effectively
-
Build, maintain & entertain privileged relationships with relevant internal & external stakeholders (project assistants, colleagues, suppliers)

Communicate expectations, roles and responsibilities to assistants and interns
-
Delegate tasks and responsibilities
-
Keep disruptive emotions and impulses under control (Self Control)

Provide regular feedback on job performance of internal team (coordinators/interns)

Acknowledge and monitor stakeholder concerns and capabilities

Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Job Requirements-

2-5 years of experience in project management in the Hospitality / Travel / MICE sector
-
Bachelors Degree
-
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.

The ability to execute events effectively under high-pressure conditions
