• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Vancouver local time)

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

About the Role

K4 Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish.

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Review drawings, specifications, and permitting requirements.

• Ensure all work meets building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and issue regular project reports.

• Identify risks, resolve site issues, and maintain strong communication among stakeholders.

• Oversee procurement, change orders, progress claims, and close-out documentation.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and daily logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction Project Management.

• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential construction practices.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in project scheduling software (MS Project, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.

• Strong understanding of budgeting, estimating, and contract administration.

• Valid driver’s license; ability to attend job sites as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
