About the Role

A premier sports and entertainment organization is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to support its Product Design Team in delivering high-impact digital experiences enjoyed by millions of fans. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and brings a high level of emotional intelligence to every interaction.

You will play a central role in organizing, managing, and optimizing workflows across product design initiatives for mobile, web, and connected TV platforms. This position works closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and PMO teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth execution of deliverables.



What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end project coordination for the design team across key product experiences, including mobile apps, connected TV platforms, web properties, and subscription services.
  • Establish and maintain design intake processes, documentation, and requirements gathering workflows.
  • Partner closely with Product and Stakeholder teams to gather requirements, PRDs, and track outstanding needs.
  • Work directly with individual designers to understand workloads, identify blockers, and support timely delivery.
  • Maintain visibility into product initiatives to ensure team alignment and prioritization.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and regularly sync with Product, PMO, and Design leadership.
  • Own the follow-up on all open questions, action items, discovery needs, and decision dependencies.
  • Monitor and report project progress, flagging risks and recommending solutions.
  • Create and manage program-level schedules, project plans, and communication frameworks across multiple workstreams.



What You Bring

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in digital media, technology, or consumer-facing products (web, mobile, CTV).
  • Hands-on experience working within product design environments.
  • Practical familiarity with Figma—navigating files, components, commenting, and supporting design reviews.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, terminology, and design system concepts.
  • Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools.
  • Working knowledge of mobile apps, connected TV platforms, OTT services, and digital media technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong relationship-building skills, and a polished leadership presence.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, drive accountability, and facilitate decision-making across teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the humility to learn, adapt, and grow.
  • Strong facilitation abilities, including workshops, alignment sessions, and stakeholder review cycles.
