Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to add to our growing team at our Medina location.
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate projects for sales region based on the business goals.
- Oversee projects throughout the lifecycle, from beginning to end, while achieving the determined budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project lists, with timelines, deliverable dates for each task the project requires, and responsible party.
- Ensure each item on the project list is being completed on-time; communicate with management any identified concerns or delays in a timely manner.
- Help to resolve any identified problems/concerns.
- Report project status to appropriate internal and external team members.
- Convert quotes into orders, POs, or other documents as required.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain on schedule and on budget.
- Adjust project lists when necessary to adapt to sourcing needs, time adjustments, and cost changes.
- Act as point of contact between company teams and external resources.
- Take lead on assigned projects for submittal booklet creation, managing submittals, and acquiring required signatures on submittals.
- Expedite returns and defective claims and replacement material(s).
Qualifications include:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to successfully multi-task.
- Ability to work independently on a variety of responsibilities.
- Ability to problem solve
- Very strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- High School diploma.
- 3 + years of relative industry (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) experience is required
