Project Coordinator – Release Management (1–2 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Release Management to manage end-to-end release processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth and compliant production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage release planning, governance, calendars, and timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Development, QA, DBA, Vendors, and Business Teams to ensure aligned release execution.
• Manage production releases, including approvals, validation, and rollback planning when required.
• Ensure all releases comply with IT audit standards and organizational policies.
• Publish release dashboards, status reports, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failed or delayed releases.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the release lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT project coordination or release management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and deployment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in reporting and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
