Project Coordinator (Sanitaryware & Tiles)

Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Project Coordinator to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. You will be a critical link between the sales, project, and procurement teams, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and that all project documentation is precise and up-to-date. This role requires a proactive approach to managing sales orders, quotations, and material submissions while maintaining close coordination with internal departments and clients for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage sales documents, including quotes, purchase orders, proforma invoices, and detailed cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to accurately interpret project Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Develop and submit material submittals and reports for tenders when required.
  • Manage and oversee company registrations and pre-qualification processes with relevant authorities and organizations.
  • Maintain and track sales opportunities, ensuring effective coordination with various internal teams to support project needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the construction materials or interior design sector is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within the UAE market.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic for reading and conversation will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms, especially MS-Dynamics, is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, is essential.
