Project Coordinator & Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking a highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling complete project coordination and execution from the initial site visit through to project completion and handover.

This role requires a sincere and hardworking individual who can take full responsibility for projects, including site assessment, understanding the scope of work, costing, supplier coordination, labor management, execution supervision, problem-solving, and coordination with the office team to ensure smooth and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial site visits to assess project requirements, measurements, site conditions, and feasibility
• Thoroughly understand project scope, drawings, materials, and execution requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and collect quotations for project costing
• Submit consolidated cost details and project updates to the office
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day site activities and labor deployment
• Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and maintain smooth workflow throughout execution
• Resolve site-related issues and execution challenges proactively
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage
• Maintain quality control standards across all stages of the project
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
• Submit project-related expense bills and maintain proper records
• Provide regular reports and updates to management
• Ensure successful completion and handover of projects within the committed timeline

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong technical knowledge of fit-out materials, site execution, and finishing works
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience in project costing, supplier coordination, and material planning
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage complete project execution
• Responsible, sincere, hardworking, and detail-oriented personality
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Preferred Experience:

Experience in commercial, retail, and residential fit-out projects

Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
