Project Coordinator – Swimming Pool Projects (Engineering Graduate)

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with an Engineering background to support our swimming pool projects through effective documentation control, authority coordination, and communication. The role serves as a coordination link between the company, client, consultants, site engineers, and government authorities, ensuring timely approvals and smooth project execution.

This role is primarily focused on project documentation, inspections, and follow-ups, with regular interaction with authorities such as DM, Trakhees, DDA, and other approving bodies depending on project location.

Key Responsibilities Project Documentation & Authority Submissions

• Prepare, submit, and track material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and related technical documents
• Coordinate and submit MIR, IR, WIR, and inspection requests
• Handle submissions, comments, and approvals with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DDA, and other relevant UAE authorities
• Maintain submittal logs, inspection trackers, approval registers, and authority correspondence records
• Ensure timely resubmissions and closure of authority comments

Coordination & Meetings

• Coordinate between site engineers, project managers, consultants, clients, and authorities
• Attend project coordination meetings, technical meetings, and authority meetings as required
• Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings (MOM) and track action items to closure
• Follow up internally and externally to ensure deadlines are met

Site & Project Support

• Support site engineers with inspection readiness and documentation compliance
• Visit project sites for coordination, inspections, or authority meetings when required
• Assist in tracking project progress from a documentation and approval perspective
• Maintain organized soft and hard copy project records

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must meet all of the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / related field)
• Prior UAE experience in swimming pool or water feature projects
• Experience coordinating with DM, Trakhees, DDA, or other UAE construction authorities
• Hands-on experience with material submittals, MIR, IR, and inspection coordination
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines

Preferred (Advantage)

• Experience across multiple authorities (DM, Trakhees, DDA, etc.)
• Understanding of swimming pool construction methods, MEP coordination, and drawings
• Experience on villa, hotel, or commercial swimming pool projects

Salary & Benefits

• Starting salary: AED 6,000 per month
• Salary review based on performance and experience
• Visa and benefits as per UAE labor law
