Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and support daily operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on project activities and deliverables.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Manage project transactions and workflows on Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Prepare and maintain timesheets and project reports.
  • Communicate with teams of different nationalities and ensure smooth project operations.
  • Track progress and escalate delays when needed.
  • Support the project manager with scheduling, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Experience using Oracle or other project management systems (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multinational teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
