Job Title: Project Coordinator (WordPress, Webflow & Shopify)
Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Working Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview:

As a Project Coordinator at Hashtag Media, you will oversee and manage web development projects across WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify. You will be the central point of contact between clients, developers, and designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with client objectives. This role blends project management expertise with a solid understanding of web development platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination

• Plan, organize, and manage WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and risks, ensuring smooth execution across all stages.
• Oversee and coordinate all project tasks, including design, development, and SEO, ensuring timely and efficient execution through internal resources.
• Track overall project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Resource Handling & Execution (focus on people & delivery)

• Take ownership of executing project tasks through assigned resources, including designers, developers, and SEO specialists.
• Allocate tasks, conduct follow-ups, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Resolve execution blockers by coordinating with relevant resources to maintain project momentum.

Technical Understanding & Support

• Collaborate closely with the resources to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain a strong understanding of WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify workflows to anticipate challenges and facilitate timely solutions.
• Assist in testing and reviewing websites prior to delivery to ensure functionality, responsiveness, design accuracy, and SEO readiness.
• Step in with hands-on technical expertise to resolve design or development issues, ensuring project timelines are maintained and deliverables meet expectations.
• Personally handle and complete tasks when necessary, using hands-on technical expertise to address gaps or challenges faced by the team.

Sales Team Coordination & Technical Assistance

• Work in constant coordination with the sales team to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Assist the sales team by addressing and resolving technical client queries, including feasibility, platform capabilities, timelines, and scope clarification.
• Provide technical inputs and clarifications to help the sales team communicate effectively with clients.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:

• Ensure all websites are optimized for user experience, performance, and platform best practices.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience coordinating WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify projects.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify workflows.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Ability to review Figma or other design files and translate them into actionable development tasks.
• Knowledge of website performance, responsive design, and eCommerce best practices.
