Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator – Interior Projects to support and coordinate interior fit-out works, primarily for commercial buildings. The role involves close coordination with project managers, site teams, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in line with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities of interior fit-out projects at site.
• Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate implementation at site.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, schedules, and correspondence.
• Monitor quality standards and assist in resolving site-level technical and coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety norms, and company procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial or corporate buildings.
• Diploma or B. Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of project-related documentation.
