Project Coordinator/Project Manager

Arterberry Cooke Architecture is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator at our Eagle Rock office. Responsibilities include; assist and collaborate with architects, designers and project managers, organize project materials and timelines, aid in permit navigation, meet and coordinate with homeowners, contractors, vendors and city departments. Must be able to drive to various locations in and around Los Angeles with some flexibility to work remotely. Administration experience required. Design/Construction experience preferred. Duties

  • Coordinate general client and office meetings, scheduling of team and principal meetings.
  • Coordinate contractor bidding and assorted other materials bidding.
  • Aid in managing project scheduling and workflow.
  • Upkeep and implement office processes, tracking systems, etc.
  • Material purchases tracking and reconciliations. Light bookkeeping to include material purchase tracking and reconciliation, sales tax submissions.

Skills

  • Mastery of spreadsheets (google suite), comfort with other online softwares.
  • Clear and concise communication abilities for coordinating with diverse teams.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to shift focus as needed and work on multiple projects daily.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document control and reporting .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90041
