Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator based in Karāchi. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing company projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Duties include tracking project progress, coordinating with internal teams and clients, managing schedules and deadlines, and ensuring resources are utilized effectively. The role will also involve preparing project documentation and reports, identifying risks, and resolving project-related issues to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills are essential for managing multiple projects effectively.
• Proficient in communication, team coordination, and stakeholder management to collaborate with teams and liaise with clients.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to track and support project progress.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and maintain optimal outcomes.
• Attention to detail and ability to document workflows and create project reports accurately.
• Previous experience in project coordination or management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
