Project Cordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the complete renovation and ongoing maintenance of an existing rice mill. The role involves coordinating electrical, mechanical, and structural works, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and smooth collaboration between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise renovation and maintenance activities of the rice mill
• Manage electrical, mechanical and structural works, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications
• Plan project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure completion within timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, suppliers, and vendors
• Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and manpower at site
• Monitor quality standards, safety practices, and statutory compliance
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover of renovated systems
• Assist in cost control, budgeting, and work measurement verification

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• Proven experience in industrial renovation, plant maintenance, or construction projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, machinery installation, and structural works
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on-site and manage field activities

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in rice mills, food processing plants, or industrial facilities
• Knowledge of plant machinery installation and maintenance
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality control processes
